In most cases, I mean in real life events, what a customer expects from an entrepreneur is that extra effort; it could be a little patience, it could be a nice smile, it could be an extra knowledge, a little discount on the product or service they need. Though as an entrepreneur, you can't always give discount, but on certain occasions, that might be all you need to make a prospect a perpetual customer.
