Customers don't like been experimented upon, so you must make sure not to leave them looking like a fool, or like a motherless puppy. When your product wins the heart of your customers, chances are that such product can become viral, that's where success comes.
When your product gets a referral, that's where your network starts building. Others get to know that you have the solution they seek. If such products are advertised on sites, such sites pull traffic.
