Fortunately, Zack was a people-lover. He knew the techniques with which to make anyone be at ease with him. His comeliness endeared him to all people. But he had a challenge; people never visited him or his shop after the first encounter. Thus, he was recycling customers and friends. Customers didn't stay, nor did friends stay.
This system of recycling did not help Zack. He never got a referral, which ordinarily would have increased his customers, and sales.
What Was The Problem?
Zack was a dirty person. His shop was like dustbin. His office was like trash.
Nobody wants to do business in a dirty environment. I repeat, NOBODY WANTS TO DO BUSINESS INNA DIRTY ENVIRONMENT!
